When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and license number. When you use the Service, we collect property addresses you search, CMAs you generate, and client information you enter.
We use your information to:
The Service integrates with third-party APIs including ATTOM (property data), RentCast (comparable sales), FEMA (flood zone data), Google Maps (street view and mapping), and Anthropic (AI analysis). Property data is queried on-demand and is not permanently stored beyond what is needed for your reports.
Your account data and CMA history are stored in encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and database-level access controls.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., sending property addresses to data APIs to generate reports). Your client information is visible only to you.
When you generate a shareable CMA link, the report data becomes accessible via that link to anyone who has it. You control who receives the link. Shareable links can be deactivated from your CMA history.
We use browser local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. No advertising trackers are present on the platform.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all CMAs, client records, and personal information will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Your CMA history and client records are retained as long as your account is active. After account deletion or 12 months of inactivity, data is permanently deleted.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
