Terms of Service

Each AIgent Platform account is licensed to a single individual agent. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. Each user must maintain their own active subscription. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AIgent Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIgent Platform provides AI-powered real estate analysis tools including Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), ShowingIQ property reports, buyer intelligence briefs, and related services for licensed real estate agents operating within the Bright MLS system.

3. Account Requirements

You must be a licensed real estate agent to use the Service. Each account is for individual use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers monthly subscription plans. A 30-day free trial is available for new accounts. After the trial period, your selected plan will be billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful real estate purposes. You may not:

Share your account credentials with other agents or third parties
Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent market analyses
Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use

6. Data and Accuracy

The Service uses third-party data sources including ATTOM, RentCast, FEMA, and others. While we strive for accuracy, all analyses are estimates and should not be considered appraisals. You are responsible for verifying all data before presenting it to clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. AIgent Platform shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate pricing recommendations, data errors, or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, design, and AI models, is the property of AIgent Platform LLC. Reports generated by the Service may be shared with your clients but may not be resold or redistributed commercially.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, including credential sharing, abusive use, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
